New Delhi 11th August 2018: An uprising new entrant, T&T Group has entered the Indian real estate market today. T&T has announced the launch of its ‘Intelligent Homes’ project in Siddhartha Vihar, namely ‘T Homes’. With an initial investment of Rs. 250cr, the Intelligent Homes project of T&T group will be made in total of 33 acres of land. The first phase of the project will consist of 700 flats which will be made in 5 acres of land.
The T Homes are aimed to change the way of residential living to technological living. The 3 or 4 BHK smart homes can be controlled and maintained by a remote or your smartphone via a T-Homes app.
With the property placed in the middle of 48 acres of green lush land and easy metro connectivity the T-Homes is the next big thing in housing with its technologically advanced features specifically designed for each room of the apartment. The living room welcomes you with automated climate control, remote controlled entry gate and mood-setting lighting that can be controlled via your smartphone and/or remote. The bedroom additionally consists of sunrise timers which is an automatic alarm for the window curtains to open when its wake up time. The kitchen is remodeled into a smart kitchen which registers the time of your waking up and prepares coffee automatically. The connection of the home to T-Home app ensures that you don’t leave behind any electrical devices switched on or the entry gates unlocked. The bathrooms are equipped with smart pots, automatic water heating and control of devices like water taps and electric appliances on the T-home app to ensure efficiency and comfort.
