India, 31 August 2018: HMD Global, the home of Nokia phones,expressessolidarity with those affected by the flood in Kerala. As a small gesture of solidarity, the company is extending free service support to all Nokia smartphone consumers in the flood-affected state.
Starting today till 10 September 2018, HMD Global is waiving all labour charges for liquid-damaged Nokia smartphones on Android across all Nokia Mobile Care centres in Kerala. For those Nokia smartphones on Android that are beyond repair*, consumers can avail a discount of 15% on purchase of a Nokia5 at the same Nokia Mobile Care centre.
